Dear Friends,
You are a blessing! God created each one of us with an inborn heartfelt desire to make a difference in the world which we live. This desire fulfilled gives us meaning for living. And it starts in the littlest way. Just as rain drops make thunderstorms, God's "reigndrops make showers of blessings". So do not forsake the littlest opportunity to be a blessing in someone's life, even if it's just to let the car in front of you go first. We women can sometimes feel so depleted that there is almost nothing left to give. Am I giving it my all? Jesus knows how you feel.
"Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything— all she had to live on." Mark 12:41-44
